We had heard alot about the Medora Pitchfork Fondue, everyone told us to go. It really was a unique experience. Here are the pitch forks ready for the steaks.
And here they are loaded with steaks, ready for the fondue.

And here they are, comming out of the oil..
This was the meal, a baked potato with sour cream, garlic bread, coleslaw, raw vegetables with dressing, baked beans, delicious steak with 2 pitchfork holes in it and a tasty frosted brownie. We ate outside.
The view was awesome, here is what we saw on one side of us. This is the "stage set" for our next event, the Madora Musical.
When we got to the amphitheater, we went into the gift shop. I heard a woman say they had just flewn in from Maine. I piped right up and said we were from Maine. When she asked where, I said, "Minot, its just outside..." she said "I know where Minot is, I'm from Auburn." We had also met a couple at the campground from Durham. As many of you know, Minot is a small town on one side of Auburn, and Durham is a small town on the other side of Auburn. It truly is a small world.
Check out the elk on the ridge behind the set. We saw a bunch of these, I guess they keep some in a huge pen and feed them at the top of the hill before the show starts so they all go up this ridge.
So are the singer/dancers. They were good, but some were REALLY good.
