Watkins Glen, N.Y.

We got a ticket to drive 3 laps around the track, very strange shaped track.  When we got there some people were practicing.

This is the first of 11 turns we will be taking.

There was a security guard leading us at 50mph.

There were 5 of us, we were the last, and car #4 could not keep up.  Needless to say, Don was very frustrated.

Couldn't see much over the guard rail, but you can see the turn and incline comming up.

This is right after the first turn, you can see turn 2 ahead.

Here is the finish line, you can see that white balcony sticking out where they flag from.  After the second lap we stopped for pictures and to swap drivers if we wanted.  I guess you know what my answer was, no thanks and I'm glad the guy in front of us can't keep up, although his wife did better, she only slowed down to 40 around the corners instead of 30.
