Seems though just about everywhere we go, we have visitors. These Canadian geese were neat.
We visited Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville. Here again, I took a kazillion pictures and couldn't stop saying "WOW"
They have 3 huge atriums, totally covered with glass with a man made river running through it.
The river is made up of water from all over, even Maine.
In one of the atriums you can take a boat ride in the river.
This is what the glass ceilings looked like, and there are a bunch of fountains like this. The greenary was amazing, mostly tropical plants and lots of orchids.
There were 3 or 4 floors of rooms all round all three sections, with balconies overlooking the water and foliage.
Every time you went around a corner, there was another waterfall.
And another.....
And another.....
I'm just facinated with waterfalls.
There were orchids planted in the trunk of trees everywhere.
And restaurants tucked in everywhere.
This one even turns very slowly.
And we saw our friends on the way out.
