First day at the fair.

This is one of the busses that Brooks & Dunn has.

And there were 6 more, all Prevosts.

As we walked through the fairgrounds, Don oooed and aaaad.

Then I oooed and aaaaed.

I had never seen a striped pig, looks like an oreo cookie with pink filling.

I had only seen the pink ones (had a couple on the farm) and the black pot bellied pigs.

And I had never seen a sheep with black heads and legs before either.

These sheep were being shown and they were covered so they wouldn't get dirty.  Never seen that either.

Look at how BIG this horse is, never seen one so big.

This chicken and her chicks were in a box and I watched the chicks climb on the mother's back, never seen that either.

Absolutely beautiful rooster, never used beautiful and rooster in the same sentence.  A whole lot of firsts for me today.

At night we went to the long awaited Brooks and Dunn concert.  We had front row center seats.  There was a stand-up section in front of us, but we could see over them really well.

Here they are, with one of their musicians in the middle.

They were absolutely awesome.

The evening ended with fireworks at the grandstand, we could see them from the front window of the motor home.  Awesome day.
