Back on the road

There's lots of farm land in North Dakota.  As we left the fair grounds in Minot we saw lots of these yellow blossoms, this is canola used to make oil from the seeds.

We also saw lots and lots of hay bales, I thought they looked pretty dotting the fields.

North Dakota is the only state with out a deficite, they have lots of money and very low unemployment rate, 3.??, Minot is down do 1.??.  This is one of the reasons why, see the oil pump?

As we moved west, the terrain started looking awesome.  This is the beginning of The Bad Lands.  This portion is called Painted Canyon.

This is the town of Medora, North Dakota, we stayed at Theodore Roosevelt National Park.
